- Distribution – A research boutique with no direct sales force or distribution partners wanted to explore different options for generating new sales. Integrity helped the firm examine different sales and pricing options and introduced the client to potential sales partners.
- Competitive analysis – A research firm was interested in how their product offering compared to their competitors. Integrity analyzed all of the firms in the client’s space, identified the strengths and weaknesses of each firm, and offered strategic recommendations for improvements in areas which were less competitive.
- Strategic Partners – A growing research firm asked Integrity to identify potential acquisitions that were accretive to its current customer base, product set, geographic profile and desired business structure and make introductions to potential partners.
