Founded in 2009, Precipio Research is a fundamental research shop that utilizes technical research to determine entry and exit opportunities. Precipio was launched in 2009 by Jonathan Waite, CPA, CFA. Prior to opening Precipio, Mr. Waite was the founder and operator of Capital Management, LLC which manages a long-short, consumer discretionary focused equity fund. Before starting Capital Management in 2006, Mr. Waite was a senior equity restaurant analyst at McDonald Investments/KeyBanc Capital Markets.
Precipio’s suite of research products include: weekly research notes that includes actionable commentary on at least 3 stocks; weekly phone calls with concise commentary about industry trends; periodic channel checks covering consumer-related sectors such as restaurants, retail, and gaming; promotional updates (e.g. What is on sale? How is the product changing? What is the customer reception?
