New York – On September 14th, Sustainalytics and Jantzi Research—both ESG research providers– announced a merger of the two companies. In North America, the firm will be known as Jantzi-Sustainalytics, while elsewhere the firm will be known as Sustainalytics.
Michael Jantzi will be the Chief Executive Officer of the merged company and he will oversee two managing directors. Ronald Lubberts will be the MD in Europe and Bob Mann will be the MD in North America. Jantzi Research’s products in Canada and the US include global ESG research, Portfolio tools and SRI intelligence, proxy research and donor screening services. The addition of Sustainalytics provides strong SRI capabilities in Canada, the US, Australasia and Europe (Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and Spain).

Sustainalytics and Jantzi Research Inc. announce merger
|Amersterdam, The Netherlands – September 14, 2009 – Sustainalytics and Jantzi Research Inc. announce the merger of their two companies. The new entity will operate as Sustainalytics globally and as Jantzi-Sustainalytics in North America. The merger combines two trailblazers in responsible investment (RI) research. The new company responds to an increasing appetite for international environmental, social and governance (ESG) research coverage underpinned by local expertise.
