When the bill to reform U.S healthcare passed the first critical test in the sentence in December, S&P Healthcare Index rose 1.4 percent, the Morgan Stanley Healthcare sector stock index rose 3.6 percent and the S&P Managed Health Care index rose 4.6 percent.
