New York – Track.com is a new research ideas platform which is set up to handle research ideas across the asset spectrum, the geographic spectrum and the sector spectrum. The idea generation is primarily targeted at institutional Investors and high net worth investors. Integrity found the Track.com story in a blog written by David Teten, of Teten Advisors dated March 9th, 2010.
The group is headed by Robert Savage (CEO), who was a managing Director of Foreign Exchange Macro Sales at Goldman. Others involved in the service are John Frankel, focused on early stage companies; Emile Avanessian, Wireless; Richard Frankel, CTO; and Elaine Laurence, General Council.
At present the research ideas seem to cover global thematic, early stage companies and telecom companies. As others join the platform, the coverage will expand into more sector coverage and more geographies.
